Applied Health Physics, LLC is in the process of preparing virtual training classes. Once the lesson plans are developed, the dates will be posted. We are hoping to have the classes in effect in June.
Calibration and laboratory analysis services, as well as technical support are fully operational. Survey meters and leak test samples should be packaged and shipped as normal. We are currently maintaining limited administrative staffing, however emails are checked and responded to daily. Please be assured that AHP is working with our clients to get back on schedule. Applied Health Physics, LLC has been providing quality radiological safety and consulting services to industry, learning institutions and government agencies for over 50 years. Applied Health Physics, LLC is currently licensed by Pennsylvania as a service provider radioactive material transfer and decontamination and decommissioning consultant. In addition, AHP maintains annual reciprocity agreements with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Ohio Department of Health, as well as other Agreement States as requested.
We proudly serve industrial, Oil and Gas, medical, academic and research facilities that use radioactive materials and x-ray generating equipment. In addition, we provide specific services including emergency response to companies that screen for radioactive material in scrap metals, landfill waste and raw material.

Applied Health Physics, LLC maintains all licenses, and insurance. Our technical staff includes Certified Health Physicists, Health Physics Technicians and Laboratory Technicians. Applied Health Physics staff members have a myriad of professional experience relating to radiation safety.
Applied Health Physics has established a working rapport with regulators at the local, state and federal levels to ensure up to date knowledge of all regulatory requirements pertaining to licensed activities.
